All orders ship next business day from our warehouse in Los Angeles.

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor delivery in real time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you receive the wrong item or a defective piece, email SUPPORT@ELARE.CO within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

We’ll respond within ~24 hours and replace it or issue a full refund — we cover return shipping in those cases.

Yes. Every ELARÉ piece is backed by a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing and structural defects, unusual breakage, stone loss from defects, and plating issues caused by manufacturing errors.

Normal wear, lost/stolen items, misuse, or unauthorized repairs aren’t covered.

What if I receive the wrong item or a defective piece?

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact support@elare.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

We’ll review the issue and provide a replacement or full refund if approved.

How do i know which size to order?

Our rings follow standard U.S. ring sizing. If you’re unsure, we recommend looking up a ring size chart or measuring a ring you already own before ordering.

How do bracelets and chains fit?

All bracelets and chains are listed by length. To find your best fit:

  • Measure your wrist for bracelets

  • Measure your neck for chains

This helps you understand how the piece will sit and fit on you.

Are your pieces true to size?

Yes. All items are produced to their listed measurements. Fit preference varies, so measuring before purchase is recommended.

Where are your Products designed?

All ELARÉ pieces are designed in Los Angeles, with our creative and operations team based between LA and Spain. Each design blends modern form, durability, and timeless detail.

Are your designs limited edition?

Some designs are released in limited quantities. Once sold out, select pieces may not be restocked.

Why does ELARÉ use stainless steel?

We use high-grade stainless steel because it’s durable, resistant to corrosion, and designed for everyday wear. Unlike softer metals, it holds its shape, resists bending, and won’t easily scratch or degrade over time. It’s built to last — not just to look good out of the box.

Why do you use rhodium plating?

Rhodium plating enhances durability and finish. It gives our silver pieces a brighter, whiter, more reflective look, while also adding an extra layer of protection against wear. Rhodium is one of the most durable and premium plating options used in fine jewelry.

Will your jewelry tarnish?

Our pieces are designed to be tarnish-resistant. Stainless steel does not tarnish like silver or brass, and rhodium plating further protects the surface. With normal wear and basic care, your jewelry will maintain its appearance for years.

Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and widely used for sensitive skin. Our materials are selected to minimize irritation and make everyday wear possible.

Can I wear ELARÉ jewelry daily?

Yes. Our jewelry is designed for daily wear, not occasional use. While we recommend avoiding unnecessary exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasives, our pieces are built to handle real life.
