How much does shipping cost?
US orders: USPS Standard Shipping, $5.00. International: Standard International, $6.50. Free on orders $75+ anywhere in the world.

How long does it take?
1–2 days to process.
US: 5–7 days.
UK: 3–4 days.
Canada: 7–10 days.
Other international: 7–12 days, depending on the country.
Hawaii and Alaska: 8–12 days.
Puerto Rico and US territories: 15–20 days.
You will get tracking the moment your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — $6.50 flat, or free on orders $75+.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Return any piece within 14 days of delivery for store credit, as long as it is unworn and in its original condition. We also exchange a piece that does not fit.

Can I exchange a ring for a different size?
Yes. Start a chat (or email support@elare.co) within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We cover the replacement piece, you cover a flat $10 exchange shipping fee, anywhere in the world. One exchange per order.

Can I get a refund?
No. Returns are not refunded to your card. Unworn pieces in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, which does not expire. See the refund and exchange policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or you sent the wrong piece?
Start a chat (or email support@elare.co) within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will ship a free replacement — no need to return the original.

Lifetime Warranty

Is it really a lifetime warranty?
Yes. If a piece fails due to a manufacturing or structural defect — ever — we will replace it free, no return required. See full warranty terms at elare.co/pages/lifetime-warranty.

What are your pieces made of?
316L stainless steel core. Silver pieces are rhodium plated; gold pieces are 18K gold plated. Hypoallergenic, water-safe, tarnish-resistant.

US orders ship USPS Standard at $5.00 and international orders ship at $6.50 flat. Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $75.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 days. After dispatch: United States 5 to 7 days, United Kingdom 3 to 4, Canada 7 to 10, other international 7 to 12 depending on the country, Hawaii and Alaska 8 to 12, and Puerto Rico and US territories 15 to 20. You get tracking the moment your order ships.

Is Elaré jewelry for men or women?

Both. Every piece is unisex and made in a full range of sizes: rings in standard US 5 to 12, chains 18 to 30 inches, bracelets 16 to 21.5 cm. The same designs are bought and worn by men and women.

What are Elaré pieces made of?

A 316L stainless steel core. Gold pieces are 18K gold plated; silver pieces are rhodium plated. All are hypoallergenic, water-safe and tarnish-resistant.

Does stainless steel jewelry tarnish?

No. 316L forms a self-repairing chromium oxide layer that prevents the reaction which tarnishes sterling silver. It can collect surface residue that wipes off.

How do I find my ring size?

Standard US sizing. Use the Elaré ring sizer, a printable chart at 100% scale, or measure the finger circumference in millimeters and match a US chart. Between sizes, size up. SANCTUM is sized to fit true, so order the size you normally wear.
