Ring Sizing

Please verify your ring size before placing your order. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing. If you're unsure of your size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for professional sizing or using a printable ring sizer available online.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

  • Wrong item sent: If we shipped an incorrect product
  • Damaged goods: If your item arrives damaged

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

In-Stock Items

Processing Time: All in-stock orders ship next business day from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.

Delivery Time: Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery within the United States.

Pre-Order Items

Some pieces are made to order. If a listing is marked "PRE-ORDER," please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. Pre-order items will clearly state "PRE-ORDER" in the product title and description.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
