Ring Sizing and Exchanges

Check your ring size before ordering. If it comes out wrong we exchange it: email support@elare.co within 14 days of delivery and we cover the replacement, you cover a flat $10 exchange shipping fee, anywhere in the world. One exchange per order, and we do not issue refunds. Full terms in the refund and exchange policy. The fastest way to get it right first time is the Elaré ring sizer or a local jeweler.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elare.co with photos. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
