Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or refunds on jewelry purchases.

However, we do offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

A $20 exchange processing fee will apply to cover return shipping, handling, and processing.

We understand that buying jewelry online requires trust. That’s why we encourage you to:


  • Verify your ring size before ordering (visit a local jeweler or use a printable ring sizer)
  • Review product details carefully including materials, measurements, and photos
  • Contact us with questions before purchasing — we’re here to help


Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging
  • A $20 exchange processing fee will apply

You may request an exchange for any reason, including:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of preference
  • Ordering the wrong item

 

Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Items)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement at no cost.

If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund.


How to Request an Exchange or Report an Issue

If you need to request an exchange or report a problem:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at SUPPORT@ELARE.CO
  2. Include photos of the item and packaging
  3. Provide your order number

 

We’ll respond within 24 hours with the next steps

 

 


What We Cannot Accept

 

  • Return requests for refunds
  • Exchange requests after 14 days of delivery
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • Items returned without original packaging
