All our pieces are cast in 316L stainless steel for maximum durability.

Our silver designs are finished with premium rhodium plating for added shine and protection, and our gold pieces use 18k gold plating for a rich, long-lasting finish.

We stand behind the quality of our materials, our craftsmanship, and the durability of every ring, chain, and bracelet we make. Your jewelry should last — and if it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.

What’s Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Structural defects

• Unusual breakage or snapping

• Stone loss caused by defects

• Plating issues caused by manufacturing errors

  (peeling, flaking, or abnormal fading)

If your piece ever fails due to something that’s our fault, we’ll repair it or replace it for free, no questions asked.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

  (minor scratches, small scuffs, natural surface wear)

• Lost or stolen items

• Damage caused by improper use

  (crushing, bending, chemical exposure, etc.)

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How It Works

If something happens to your piece:

1. Contact us at support@elare.co with your order number.

2. Send clear photos of the issue.

3. We’ll approve your warranty claim within 24–48 hours.

4. You’ll receive a free repair or replacement.
