Lifetime Warranty

Every Elaré piece carries a lifetime warranty.

All our pieces are cast in 316L stainless steel. Our silver designs are finished in rhodium plating, and our gold pieces in 18K gold plating for a rich, long-lasting finish.

We stand behind the quality of our materials, our craftsmanship, and the durability of every ring, chain, and bracelet we make. Your jewelry should last — and if it doesn't, we'll make it right.

What's Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural defects
  • Unusual breakage or snapping
  • Stone loss caused by a setting defect on AXIOM, LUNARA and SANCTUM rings.
  • Plating issues caused by manufacturing errors (peeling, flaking, or abnormal fading)

If your piece ever fails due to something that's our fault, we'll replace it for free, no return required.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, small scuffs, natural surface wear)
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damage caused by improper use (crushing, bending, chemical exposure, etc.)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How It Works

  1. Email us at support@elare.co with your order number.
  2. Send clear photos of the issue.
  3. We'll approve your warranty claim within 24–48 hours.
  4. You'll receive a free replacement — no need to send the original piece back.
  5. Replacement processing: 1–2 days. Shipping: 5–7 days in the US, 3–4 in the UK, 7–10 in Canada and 7–12 elsewhere.
